Start consuming with (纤维粉) Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk is a supplement that will helps you if you suffering from Constipation.
mind you , i don't have Constipation problem , just ocassionally having problem clearing my bowels if i eat small portion of meals. : )

if i consume a 2 to 3 spoon of Psyllium at night an hour after my dinner, on the next day i can clear my bowel with ease. wow i like the improvement and the after feel .
However, if i consume that in the morning before my breakfast does not obtain the similar effect.

I started off with 3 spoons of psyllium husk , mixed with 150CC warm water (abt 60 deg or less) and 250cc of room temp. water and when you stir the Psyllium in it , the Psyllium immediate expand to become gel or gum form , turns
Mucilage is the actual word to describe it ,

Psyllium husk itself is tasteless, some people says it taste bland. I not particular keen of eating that just by that alone, So i mixed with fruits like cherry , grape , fruits that are good for me.
i now really like the taste of it. Of course , after eating that , i have to drink another 400cc of warm water before i sleep. You must know to wash out the psyllium effectively from our system is by drinking more water and it will come out on the next day morning.

points to take note:
psyllium is not good to consume alone when it is dry. It is prefered to be consumed after it turns mucilage. How watery or sticky you mix the psyllium with water is really up to you. but i prefer slightly watery, so that it will no interfere or obstruct the
gastrointestinal tract ; another words my gastro will still absorb my foods which i have taken in an hour ago and the fruits taken down with the psyllium , plus will not dehydrate your body that much.
unless what you eat just now are oily and unhealthy , you wish the psyllium to cleanse your gastro , then mix
the psyllium as thicky n sticky as possible. Do drink alot of water afterwards, it will kinda of dehydrate your body easily.
